- Wood-grain metal base
Cons
- Touch-dimming mechanisms can become less responsive after years of heavy daily use
- Built-in charging ports mean one more component that could eventually need repair versus a simple lamp
- 14 inches is compact, so it won't provide as much ambient light as a taller floor lamp
Best For
A nightstand that wants combined ambient lighting and phone charging in one compact fixture.
Consider Skipping If
Anyone who doesn't need USB charging and would rather have a simpler, lower-cost lamp.
FAQ
Does it charge phones quickly?
USB-A and USB-C ports on lamps like this typically provide standard charging speeds, not fast-charging — sufficient for overnight use but not a rapid top-up.
Is the LED bulb replaceable?
Check the current listing for bulb specifications; most nightstand lamps in this style use a standard replaceable bulb rather than a sealed fixture.
